4th Friday Art Submission Form 

Thank you for your interest in submitting to our show. After submitting this form, you will be directed to Paypal to pay your submission fee. You do not need to have a Paypal account to do so (you may pay with a credit card). You will receive an email from us acknowledging your submission. If your submission is accepted into the show, you will be notified by email per the date documented in the prospectus. This form works best if you have your submissions/size/medium/price and images all ready to input. It can time out at times. In the meantime, please contact starline4thfridays@starlinefactory.com with any questions. Tip: it is a good idea to add our email address to your address book or "safe senders" list to ensure that you receive our messages. Your submitted artwork images may be used in advertising for the Starline 4th Friday Show.
