Step through what was once a working freight elevator into The Ferris Room, and you will be greeted by exposed brick walls lined with oversized windows. Each window is framed by the ivy that grows across the entirety of the building’s exterior. The center of the room is defined by two 10-foot-long vaulted skylights. Modern and industrial touches throughout the space include; two handcrafted bars, original steal & wood doors, and raw wood columns and beams adorned with thousands of café string lights.

The Helm Room is a standout space, sharing a wall of windows into the building’s original boiler room, now converted into a year-round oasis - our greenhouse! As you look around the room you will see touches of antique factory equipment and elements of the building’s original infrastructure. Thousands of café string lights add additional charm and intimate lighting.

Combining the hardness of steel and brick, with the softness of wood tones and soft light, to create a subtle balance of industrial romance.
The 1883 room is a two-story space with an open concept floor plan, showcasing raw materials and refurbished elements. The first floor features arched windows, exposed brick, a salvaged vintage bar, and original timber beams and columns. The second floor offers an escape from the party below, with ivy framed glass block windows and an open air balcony overlooking a brick lined passageway.

Hunt Chapel
The Perfect Contrast Between Natural and Industrial Elements
Walk down the aisle in a traditional, yet modern, setting. The Hunt Chapel provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable ceremony with beautifully carved antique church pews, a pipe organ dating back to 1907, and a W.W. Kimball Whitney Baby Grand Piano. Original wood beams and columns, exposed brick, and natural light from south facing windows frame the ceremony space, which is truly one-of-a-kind.
