The Entertainer agrees to market the performance engagement through social media. Technical requirements: All P.A., extension cords, and lights provided by Entertainer. Sales of promotional items are allowed. Entertainer is an independent contractor providing services to Starline Factory and is not an employee of Starline Factory. This contract is an agreement between the Entertainer and The Starline Factory for the performance and payment detailed in this contract. Both parties agree to the obligations detailed above, in all respects, in good faith. Entertainer, accepts full and total responsibility for all musical and PA equipment and agrees to hold harmless the Starline Factory, its owner/directors, patrons, tenants, and its members from any liability or responsibility for any damage or loss to person or any and all musical equipment brought to the Starline Factory for the purpose of completing the agreed performance.
